SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz emergency crew was called to the rescue when a building in Los Angeles suffered a flood. Our emergency mitigation service truck was used to extract the water and made it "Like it never even happened!"

This fountain located at a prominent HOA in Downtown Los Angeles, experienced flooding from a broken pipe. The water carried mud all the way to the street and after the water dried, it left 2 inches of mud.

We extracted the mud; power washed any remaining grime and got the fountain back to working order.

The center holding tank of the fountain was completely full of mud. In the end, we cleaned the entire tank.

Eventually, the mud traveled into the basement/sub-level parking. This was the water pump room which had 2 inches of mud.
