Water Loss in Los Feliz, CA

This before picture is the aftermath of a sewage back up and shower overflow. As you can see the entire shower flooring has been affected and is completely covered by sewage. This is considered a Category 3 “black water” which is grossly contaminated and could cause health effects if ingested and any contact should be avoided. Our SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz crew was called out to complete the clean up and dry out. The after picture was taken only two days after the incident occurred. Our customers were very pleased and satisfied with the work and services that were provided.
