As you can see in the before picture, this restroom was affected by a sewage back up and toilet overflow. Notice the significant amount of sewage that affected the entire flooring. The after picture was taken only one day after the incident occurred and our SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz crew arrived onsite. Our customer was expecting a much longer process in order to provide proper sanitation of the restroom. But they were very happy with the short amount of time it took for our SERVPRO crew to complete the clean up as well as the professional and quality work we provided.
