Residential Water Damage

This residence suffered a major water loss. The entire common kitchen area was affected due to a leak underneath the kitchen sink that went undetected for several months! The walls as well as kitchen cabinets needed to be completely removed. This process was absolutely necessary in order to complete the dry out and ensure there was no moisture left behind that could potentially lead to mold growth later down the road. The after picture was taken about 3 weeks later and our customers were very happy with how quickly SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz was able to complete the restoration.
